First of all you need to know what video card you have. If you have Windows and I assume you do go to Start > Control Panel (switch to classic view) > System click on Device Manager and in the list find 'Display Adapter'. The name of the driver appears. Make a note of it. Go directly to the website of your driver's manufacturer. Follow the instructions to download and install the right driver. Restart your computer to let it take effect.

Warning: this is the manual way to update. If you are not a tech guy, attempting to change video drivers could make your computer inoperable or cause severe problems. As a result, you can rely on a driver detective program to help fix the driver issue automatically & accurately. This way also saves you time & energy.

Hello zy95:
Check here for updated AMD drivers: "CLICK HERE"
If link didn't work copy and paste this:
http://support.amd.com/us/psearch/Pages/psearch.aspx?type=2.4.1&product=2.4.1.3.43&contentType=GPU+Download+Detail&ostype=OS+Independent&keywords=&items=20

Looking at your manual I think it is the bottom DVI which is lined up with the HDMI and VGA connectors that is used for single monitor hookup.
By the way here is your manual for your card: "CLICK HERE"
Or copy and paste this in your browser:
http://download.gigabyte.us/FileList/Manual/vga_manual_r575sl-1gi_e.pdf
I don't think your going to need to update your bios on your videocard but if you do it would probably be with the Catalyst software for your card.

If this helps don't forget to give the thumbs up a click.
Sincerely, Peter N.

Black screen with AGP video card update

you really didn't need a new psu for that videocard, but it can either be a burned videocard or the monitor can't support the refresh rate the videocard is outputting.  although, the card really should default to its lowest setting upon installing in a new system, try connecting another monitor.  if you get a screen, thats good, if not, try booting into safe mode holding f8 right before the windows loading screen appears.

ASUS ah3450 games problem

Well, you have to check first the mother board's model, and to check in the manufacturer's site to see which video cards fit this model. If it the right card, be sure to install the most updated drivers

V. card not run after formating

all you need is the model of the video card and the manufacturer.
If you know that much you can go to their side and download the drivers. 2 popular videocard manufacturers are Nvidia.com and ATI.com

Sometimes running windows update and choosing custom instead of express will provide the correct driver under the hardware section.

But seriously if you cant find out what card it is, you will never find the driver, they are all different. So I hope windows update can help if thats the case.
Good luck.

I NEED TO INSTALL A GAME BUT IT`S SO SLOW

Can you confirm that you have installed the most up to date Video Card Drivers? It looks like your motherboard has onboard video and more specifically, uses the ATI Radeon X300 video processor. You may be able to visit the EliteGroup website and download video drivers for this board.

If you're using an external card, ensure you have the monitor plugged into the external card, the onboard video is disabled in the BIOS, and the most updated drivers for your video card.

Problem

I would take these steps to resolve the problem.

First, go here http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us and update the drivers, check if it is working

If that does not work, reseat the videocard (Take out and put back in.)

If that does not work, make sure the power supply 6pin AUX cable is plugged into the videocard so it has enough power.

I hope these steps help ya resolve your problem.

I own a 8800 series and they are nice cards!
