HP Officejet Pro K850 printing problem

I have a HP Officejet Pro K850 and the page starts printing about a fourth of the way down. I have tried the troubleshooting but it says to reload the driver. I reloaded the disc that came with it, but when I try to troubleshoot, it says reload the driver. I have also had trouble with it grabbing several sheets. I had the first one replaced because of this. This second one isn't much better.

Soon after I posted the problem on this site, I went to different margin setting windows and they all appeared correct. I tried another test page and noticed the printer was off. I turned it back on and it worked perfectly. I had previously unplugged the power and cable and rebooted the system several times to no avail. I also have an HP Officejet 7410 All-In-One so I didn't need the other for everyday operations, just preferred it.

K850 printhead

How did you determine printhead problem. If not printing, try this.:
install cartridges correctly and check if settings ok.
from tools menu, clean and allign cartridges.
make this your default printer.

The color cartridges have all been replaced in the HP Officejet Pro K850 now all the pages are printing blank?

Try re-seating the ink cartridges and printing a test page. Those were new HP cartridges, right? Not some garbage from a ink cartridge refiller off ebay?

How do I get all borders to print I am loosing the left side despite changing margins

Hello,

Its very easy to get the everything print out.

Click Print, you will see option "Print Set up".

Another window will open, in that you will see different options.

Select "Fit to Media" option, click Apply and Click Print

You will get all your borders in printout page.
