Nextar MA797 cd program video converter problem

did you use the converter program you got with the device to create the videos. They must be in the AVI format which that program will do for you.

it supports .mp4 video player and it is most likely that you have to use a particular type of converter to convert the videos.
but first, you can try to convert it to the normal .mp4 video format first and see if that helps but if it doesn't you can go through the user manual and see if you find any information about it.

The player can ONLY play *.AVI files. For other formats, you need to use the converting tool included in the driver CD to convert them,

3) For the “Source File” field, specify the file that you want to convert by clicking the button on the right. For the “Target File Path” field, specify the destination where the converted file is saved.

4) Be sure to select the correct resolution – 128x128 to match your player’s screen, otherwise the conversion may fail.

(5) Set the conversion quality in the Quality field and display mode in the Aspect Ratio filed.

(6) Click “Save”to save your setting. To convert another file, repeat the steps above. (7) Click “close”button to close the setting window.

hi what you need to do is check what format the music is you trying to put on their then you need to convert it to mp3.
Most often its wma so you need to convert these files to mp3 your best option is using google and type in convert music from wma to mp3
this will then list loads of sites that will convert the music for you for free then transfer these to your mp3 player then you should find they will all work

it may be possible that u r adding ur videos in wrong folder
or u may try by converting ur video files into other format
