The harness for the 2008 model Quinny Buzz is an integral part of the Buzz sub seat and not available as a seperate spare part item. To replace the sub seat, you can order via your local retailer or (in the UK) by calling the customer service department on 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30. A sub seat is RRP £75 and there would be £8 delivery charge if ordered direct (as the item is so heavy it would need courier delivery).
If you're just looking for the harness extensions, these are a free of charge item, please contact your retailer and ask them to order them for you.
HI yes the quinny is still the same no changes from 2008 to 2010. the last change quinny made was the clip that holds the folded buzz together from a strap to a clip.
what are you looking at buying ?and I will tell you if it fits
Hi, to fit the footmuff, you need to undo the straps which can be done right at the top shoulder bit. Once this done you then thread the harness through the side holes on each side of the footmuff, then through the top hole & re-attatch harness to pushchair. All that is left to do it push the **** strap though the bottom of the footmuff. Hope this is of help to you. Regards Marie
Hi if you bought buggy in 2007 contact dorel with proof of purchase they will send you new extensions & an xl seat cover. They also can supply the harness pads but you can pick them up cheaper on ebay.
Hi if you bought this in 2007 & still have some proof of purchase you can get them free from Dorel you can also get a free xl seat cover for 18mth + as they didn't come with that year. If not ebay has loads of spares
I had this problem and phoned Dorell to complain. Apparently the new models have a 2nd stage seat that you use from 18 months. I have a 2007 model so I did not get this. Dorell the makers of the Quinny said that the company that I bought my Quinny from can order one from Dorell. So I went into Mothercare. It was a very long drawn out experience but my XL Seat Fabric arrived yesterday after 3 months. Also if you ask Dorell ( you can get the number from the Quinny website- should be a London number) they will send you some strap extenders for free. Hope this helps.
i contacted quinny because the straps on my quinny had become too tight for my 1year old. Quinny responded informing me that it has come to their attention that the 07/08 quinny buzz was made with smaller straps and that the seat padding was much thicker, causing them to quickly become too small. Second stage seats are now sold as standard to give extra room, but if you purchased your pushchair before this, to contact the retailer to recieve your free second stage seat cover. The result being that my 1yr old now fits in quinny.
