HELP!!!! I broke my lg's inner screen a while back and i've finialy decided i have to replace it. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how or just if it's an easy thing to do. Cheers Chris

sounds like caps however if making clicking noise check the relay on power board

balance sensor defective.

It sounds like this is an LCD tv - not a plasma.

chances are that if the screen was hit hard enough, at least one of the CCFL bulbs for the backlight broke too. This created a fault in the inverter circuit, cauing a shutdown after a second or two.

well with the voicemail,go to more settings, call fowarding then all voice calls. it will tell u what ure number sould be if you reset it =)

get your phone connected to a PC and have it synchronized...

We had the same problem. One place changed the lamp but they couldnt work out why it was red and lots of shadows. Next mob said that it was the component so they replaced that. From the 28/4 till end of Oct, the TV has now switched itself off and wont come back on. Both places say its the lamp - however I cant see how in 6mths it would run out again. The people who replaced the lamp dont want to help, just said they will put in a new one at $521. This TV has cost us so far $1100 in repairs and it's only 3 yrs old. Not happy. The DVD recorder broke within the first year, the set top box broke in the 2nd yr and the surround system blew up (yes smoke appeared and we were lucky we were home) on the 13th month. Mind you our LG comp screen also shut down on the 13th month. Never again will I buy LG

Unfortunately you wont be able to replace the LCD screen..You will have to purchase another mp3 player..I hope this helps..

The plasma panel in most cases exceeds the cost of replacing the TV. There is also the issue that they tend to use different versions and makes of panels in these sets. Some panels are made by Samsung and some are made by LG. I would start shopping for a replacement TV at this point.
