Set a specific ring to a person

please check this feature in your phone menu. If there is, use it to block/black list /screened certain numbers. Check also your wireless service provider. They have make this feature available. In contrary your setting will cancelled.

Does the phone ring when you receive an incoming call? If so, press Menu go to Control Panel (or might be the profile is shown in the menu) after control panel, Profile then Options and then Personalize, then, scroll down and again select Message Alert Tone, set the Tone for the message. Also make sure that the volume is turned up. Save the settings and try again. If this doesn't help and you don't hear any ring tone during an incoming call, let me know after checking the sound settings.

just fomat your phone first then try to change your tone settings

in the groups in the call settings or under the call settings it can be done

First Make sure your contacts are saved to the phone as to now im sure they are saved to your sim card... Then pull up the person and go to edit scroll down to "Custom ring tone" and hit the ring tone you want and hit done..

Caller Picture:

i) go in the option Phone Book---> Add a New Entry----> To Phone(Not in To Sim)----> you will get all        option such as name, office no, personal no, caller picture, caller video..

 you will get these option only when you store the number or new entry in the phone memory rather than sim memory 

                                                            OR

ii) type the number you want store and click the option save and now save in the phone memory rather than the sim memory, you will all option such as name, office no, personal no, caller picture, caller video..
  


ring tone:

go to memory card or any other place where you ring tone files or song files are present try to highlight it(dont click it) and at the bottom you will 'option' click on it you will get a list of option in that you will have 'set at ring tone' clik on it and you'll be able to set your own ring tone....

You may have the volume turned down or on mute. Also if you personalized settings per contact those settings will over ride the other settings.
Also, if you programed your phone for a specific mode those settings will over ride the other settings.
From the phone settings menu go to your ring tone settings to test the volume of your ring tones. Also, in the settings menu, explore the settings for the phone in the Personalize option

When you save a ringtone, I've found that mine only show up when saved under 'My Documents', no subfolders. So save it there, and then go to 'Contacts'. Select your contact and push 'Menu' > 'Edit'. Scroll way down and you'll see 'Custom Ringtone'. Your ringtone should be in that list.

You settings are not activated so please refer your phone user manual do the steps by step then it will work fine

1) First save the specific number
2) Select the ring tone
3) Assign the this ring tone for that number

FIRST you need to save all your numbers/contacts into the Hand Set, not the SIM card. This way you can set ring tones for individuals or groups. It wont work if you save your contacts to the SIM.
