Does the whole keyboard not work or only some keys?
Try the following shut down the computer , disconnect the power cable and remove the battery from underneath then press power button for about 20 seconds then reconnect the battery and the mains power and switch on the laptop again.
Did you spill any liquid on the keyboard?

On most PC's it is an indication that the battery is dead and getting ready to shut down the pc. Thus, may answer why it wont turn on. If it has some age on it MY guess is the battery pack has failed and won't accept a charge. If the charger is good, remove the battery and plug in the charger and see if it will turn on. Some PC's require a battery to operate. You may be lucky. Battery packs are available at placed like Amazon and Ebay and Yahoo.

I suggest you Google search for a battery on the Internet.

There is not enough info here. Many things could be wrong. Are you actually plugging the VGA cable into the VGA port on the tv or computer? Does your tv even have a VGA input? Is your tbs input switched to the tv? Please contact me with questions.

This is quite a stumbling block, if you have corrupt boot files, the only other way to fix this without the recovery cd is if you know how to reprogram the system32 boot log, Lord knows I don't. You could contact Packard Bell and see if they still have a recovery cd for this pc there email is [email protected] GL hope this helps.
