My thompson center rifle firing pin hits primer but only shoots about half the time

strip the bolt and clean it as dirt inside could be causing light strikes some of the time or the casings you use are getting pushed up the chamber by the pin some times

Simmons aetec, put on muzzleloader to boresight and adjustments work in reverse.

It's a common misconception to think that you're moving the bullet impact on target, when in fact you're moving the scope's reticle to look where the rifle is shooting.... So if your shooting left of your target.. you want to move the crosshairs to the right.
Hope this helps, mark the Gunsmith

Problem using unlocked weapons on Cabelas Big Game Hunter 2010

You have to go to mission select and select a mission. When your on the mission screen to see what animal you are going to hunt hit c. After you hit c pictures of guns with their name on it will pop up. If you have unlocked guns you will see arrows hit them to see all your guns. Pick your gun and that gun will replace your other. Such as if you pick the muzzleloader to go and hunt you will not have your Remington on the mission you changed your weapons. Now this is the thing once you change your weapon you will have that weapon until you change it again. Example if I change my Remington to a Muzzleloader in the 6 mission it will stay like that until I change it so it will be a Muzzleloader in missions to follow if I don't change it. I hope this helped you! Live Laugh Love=Good Times

Non-muzzleloader use

I never thought about it but I don't see why it would not work. The only issue would be recoil, and recoil is recoil.I am considering putting a scope on my Sharps replica and only wish it to look authentic.Good Luck
