I believe this code is for the outdoor coil sensor not reading or out of range. Check the sensor in the outside unit to see if on of the wires broke or came off it should be located in the outside unit on one of the copper lines near the bottom. If you look through the grill on the outside unit you should see it.

There should be an Error code cheat on the back of the electriacl cover that explains what each blink or sequence means. If it doesnt have one then just go online and look up the Model/Serial number up on the Carrier website and it should tell you.
