Victor GR - DV X7 CAM Change LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH

Hello I have buyed VICTOR GR- DV X 7 CAMERA .
There is nothing with camera no cables no manual no card although i have download the original manual in japnese.
I Just want to ask that CAN THE LANGUAGE APPEARING ON THE LCD OF CAMERA CAN CHANGE IN TO ENGLISH (Like firmware in most electronic devices).

There should be a Language change option in the Menu. Our Panasonic Mini DV cam has Language options only for English, Spanish, French. If your camera does not have an English option, you may need to call Panasonic Tech Support for help.
