This is a stab at this problem because I would have to hear what kind of crackly it has. If the crackly happens while twisting volume knobs or tone knobs, and stops crackling (or even crackles SOME) after you stop twisting them, the potentiometers will need nothing more than to be squirted with some WD-40, Not the ideal stuff, but I have found it works better for this than anything else I've tried. Just spray the back of them with a little, but make sure none hits the speaker paper. (You'll have to crack open the case by unscrewing the screws.) If you don't have anyone handy to do this, some computer repair places just might help you out. Woops - I re-read.. you're still under the warranty? Then don't do any of this, and go to the Logitech website. They have a customer service department.

Just got the speakers and am wondering what is the best way to position the speakers..Small speakers on each side of monitor and where should I place the woofer? I can put it on the same level (large desk...

Woofer usually right in front of you on floor between legs sort of, the other two, should go about shoulder height, about 1.5 - 2M apart. You sit in the middle, slightly angled inwards this gives realistic results.

Where can I get repair for Logitech Z2300 speaker system? The yellow input to the amp doesn't work - both speakers will work in the other input

Contact Logitech - their information is here:

If it's under warranty, they'll likely be able to replace it.

I have no sound from one of the speakers on my Z-2300 . The speaker itself isn't the problem. I swithced the wires on the back of he sub woofer and both speakers worked when I plugged them into the left...

probably not, seems the output ic or transisters are blown in the right channel. take it to a service shop. also see if under warranty, if you bought it new within the past year. it will be fixed or replaced..good luck...

My logitech z 2300 subwoofer is not producing sound

Since this set is hardwired together and the other speakers are working, the only easy fix would be the subwoofer got turned down on the remote volume control. Anything more would mean its broken. If its under warranty take it back. If its not and you know somebody capable, you might have them check for the obvious, bad solder connections on speaker, or and open voice coil on the speaker it self.

I need a replacement for my logitech z-2300 speaker wired remote control. How and where can I get one?

To the two people with problems. This sounds a bit odd, but do you still have the broken remotes? I'm looking for a broken one. I'd pay shipping and throw a few bucks your way if you could send it to me.
