sounds like corrupt software, try sony ericsson update service which is on sony ericsson webiste

Turn it off, remove battery for 30 seconds and put back in and turn on. I problem goes then ok. If it re mains then you need to use sony ericsson update service.

try to master reset the phone, what is happening is that you need to update your phone, i had the same problem. how this helps.

Usually with my verizon it tells me that I have to access the sms or mms online at their website. I don't get those on this phone. Check with your provider to see if that model phone does not carry that access. I say this cause my wife has the same service but a different kind of phone and she receives these and I can not.

I am not able to send or receive SMS or MMS. My messaging application has been closed vide error code Reason E32USER-Cbase with reason 21.
