Tides on my Casio SPF-40 are switched how can I resolve the problem

i have a spf40 casio, all is ok but interior display damaged [email protected]

Your Watch is in Auto or demo mode. Hold down the "Mode" button for 3 - 5 seconds and it will return to time keeping mode.
