Bad news; probably a short in the primary for the motor. This usually happens when the chair has been driven over unstable terrain, like wet, soggy grass and it bogs down in the muck. Driving it out while seated causes over-amping on the motors as they try to compensate for slipping, etc, and a motor will fry or a fuse will blow, or wiring harness will cook. You can replace the motor gear assembly for about $900.00, or try taking the motor to a rebuilder and have it rewound, which runs a couple hundred and the motor is like new again. Jack the left side up, remove the left wheel (make sure you save the key that fits in the slot on the axle! They get lost easy). unplug the motor and remove the 6 bolts holding the motor to the frame, disconnect the shift mechanism and the motor is free. separate the motor from the gear box and take the motor into the shop, reinstall and test run it. If the gearbox wasn't damaged, it should be good as new.

Good luck

Pride Jazzy Jet 3 Ultra Electric Wheelchair. Fuse keeps blowing I was given a Jet 3 Ultra for my mom .. I bought new batteries and installed them.. charged them over night ..

Question edited for clarity.

You have a dead short somewhere. You need some electrical knowledge and a digital multimeter for testing. Take all the covers off. Look for wiring that has rubbed through and touching or melted. Disconnect one of the motors and replace the fuse. If it still blows, reconnect that one and disconnect the other motor. If one motor doesn't blow and the other does, you know you have a faulty motor. If neither stop the issue, then you move up to the controller and look up there. With a meter you can check for shorts within the motors, as well as grounds.

Or just take it to a Service Centre and have it repaired and serviced properly.

Someone gave us a Jet 7 Power chair and we've replaced the batteries and the fuse. I've checked all connections and everything seems ok. but I'm missing something because I'm still getting 2 flashing red...

Assuming it is a P&G controller (it'll say PG Drives technology on the bottom of the joystick), two flashing lights is a left motor disconnect fault. Check the wiring from and to the left motor for tight connections at all junctions. Unplug and replug them, don't just wiggle test them. This should clear the fault.
