The platform where your machine was installed is not leveled correctly, you need to identify which part need to be adjusted, you can adjust the roller height manually or place some shims to level this unit correctly

Washing machine

is the machine new or newly installed, check on the back to ensure the travel pins or bars are removed. when the machine is new or when moved the packers may have replaced the movement pins this stops the drum swinging around and damaging the outer casing. if used with them still in the drum can not swing freely and the whole machine will vibrate. if this is not the case, the washing maybe uneven in the drum casuing it to vibrate. if either of these is not the case the drum maybe unbaleanced or the weights may have dislodged. then will have to go in for repair.

I hope this was useful.

Bowl is very loose and on spin cycle empty or full it is banging like mad against machine.

It is so common that the washing machine can make terrible noise in many ways and is a common fault. In all occasions it is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

I have whirlpool washing machine AWZ475, after starting it take water in & at the same time ejecting too, and stops warking.

Sounds like your water is being siphoned out as its going in. Check your drain pie and make sure it rises over half way up the machine before it goes into the drain. Hope this helps

Machine is not moving through the cycles

Hi,
It sounds like the motor in the timer is bad. This may require replacing the whole timer or just the timer motor in some cases. I hope this helps.
