Lg wd-80130f my washing machine does not switch off or on when i press the power button instead the led light for " synthetic, quick 30, pump, spin 400, temp 30 & cold and option pre-wash" lights up. can you advice what shall i do to meke it work agian please.

It could be damaged or worn bearings. It can also be a broken spider. The spider attaches to the inner drum and is part of the spindle assembly.

Once installed and the water valves are open, you should be able to press the power button. Then select your wash program by turning the program knob and press Start/Pause. The control panel can be locked by pressing and holding Temp and the Option button for 3+ seconds.

Check to see if child lock is on

• If the power button is pressed, Only cotton program is automatically set.
• By turning the dial, [Cotton - Cotton Quick - Synthetic - Delicate - Wool/Silk - Hand Wash - Quick 30 - Duvet - Baby Care] can be selected. This is a bi-directional selector
Try pressing the switch again to see whether it will disengage or try pulling it up.

Problem is too much soap. Wrong soap. Press and hold: SPIN SPEED & SOIL LEVEL buttons--then press POWER button.
Wait for door to lock.

Press the START button (6) times--this will fill the tub with hot water to the maximum setting when it stops filling.

Press the START button two more times--this will enable the tub to tumble.
After 3 hours--turn "off" the washer.
Turn the washer back "on".
Select the shortest wash cycle (usually "quick wash") and press "START". This will rinse out the tub.

add your fabric softner in machine as well. and i think you should change your washing powder. may be it also works
