I have a side kick 08 that wont turn on. i plug it to the computer charger and the orange light comes on buty the phone it self doesnt turn on

When did this start?

your power supply is overloaded, check the power supply of your phone

First u plug in your mobile phone with charger and wait for atleast 1 hour your battery is fully discharge

Power drain would be a better solution in this case.
1.first shut down the comp
2.unplug the charger
3. remove the battery
and after press and hold the power button for 60 seconds without any charger and the battery.After the 60 seconds replug the battery and the charger and turn the computer .

It sounds like your charging port is broken.

check your charger.if your charger is working get your phone checked from your respective customer care center as it might have a charging pin problem.

If the LED doesnt turn to orange after a few minutes on the charger the issue is hardware related. It can be the battery or the device itself. You can determine which it is by trying another battery.

the way 2 know if tis charging is wen u plug in ur charger 2 ur psp on da right a orange light should appear and stay ther eas long as its charging . wen it goes away it should be blank. if this doesnt happen on urs i dont know why. it should have come wiv a anual in ur psp box unless u have bought a used 1 from someone in dat case dey mite have not given 2 u for whatever reason. i hope dis helped=)

2. switch on the power.

3. Without removing the charger plug in the battery.

4. Light should turn orange.
