That being said, older systems often do not have cumulative drivers per OS. That is, you may have to select the earliest OS in order to get the driver that you need - in this case I will assume that you will download either for 2000 or xp. The thing to look for first is, is the driver that you are looking for listed in the OS that you selected. If not, then go back to an earlier OS and look for a SETUP.EXE download which will give you the driver that you want. When you do so, look at the section on the site that will discuss compatibility and make sure that your OS is there.

These will likely require you to know the name, model, version number of your specific network card which you should be able to determine by going through Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Devices and selecting network from the displayed tree.

if you see a yellow question or exclamation mark ? ! or a red X you will need to update the drivers for this device right click select update driver/reinstall driver
if you can see your usb device but its not working scroll to Ports(Com&Ltd) right click to update driver
if you computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it
