Sounds like a problem with defrost drainage system. would need model #. older GE refs had problem with rust holes in drain trough. how old is it? do you see any rust on back wall of ref? newer refs had problem with drain hole freezing shut and heat probe had to be installed to prevent it from freezing shut.

Model 363.9668513 water collects under the fruit

this is because the plastic is shiny and attracts condensation, only "cure "is a piece of kitchen towel under drawer to mop up as/when.(when you open door all the cold air drops to the floor and is replaced with warm moist air from the kitchen.hence condensation.

Water appearing in the refrigerator and collecting on the back of the shelves as well at the bottom under the vegetable and fruit containers.

could just be condensation, which is normall, have you put any uncovered/warm/food or salad/fresh fruit in lately, these all add to the"problem"there is no "fix "other than kitchen tissue under the salad /fruit drawers, and throw away once a week.fridges are not frost free.(condensation in freezer is frost)

Water collects in bottom of refrigerator under fruit/vegetable bins

When a fridge goes in to defrost it melts the ice on the coils in the interior of the freezer. Often times there is a drain that runs to a sliding tray under the fridge. If this is clogged you will get water building up under the bins.

Water runs under the vegetable bins

There should be a collecting channel with a hole and a tube reaching down to somewhere above the cooling compressor (Back of unit) where it should evaporate with the heat.
Most people never clean that hole and tube simply because they do not know what is for or the manual is silent. Sometime can be jammed with little icecube. I us thick plastic line from toy to clean, electrical wire with copper core not naked is also oke. Do not put wild force. This is the cooler part. The deep freezer part needs defrosting on temporarily basis and for that you need some small low bin to start collecting or keep on mobbing the floor.
