sounds like you need tom relearn the security pass lock system. There are plenty of videos on you tube that will show you how to do this.
Essentially you will turn the key on, do not start, and leave it on until the security light stops flashing. then turn the key off and then it turn it back on, do not start. repeat for a total of three times then turn off and start the vehicle. Should take about 30 minutes. side note, it will not hurt to have a battery charger hooked up while you do this to make sure the battery does not go dead...
Try putting the key in the ignition and turn it to on,, wait for 10 seconds , turn it off, then count 30 seconds do this 10 and 30 for 3 times. With luck, this will reset your computer and your light will go off.
brake light switch not mounted anymore, you probably kick it not relizing what you did ! re-install switch to bracket @ pedal . NO , this has nothing to do with fuel pump ! check fuses, & fuel pump relay, it may have a fuse also ! ? when you turn key on, you should hear a hum for 2 seconds, thats your pump priming it self to start your engine. check all ground wires for good ground !!!!!!!
