Most likely you have had a fuser failure. It could possibly be the fuser and power supply board.
If the fuser rolls melted together, I would replace both, if you can remove the fuser and are able to rotate the gear, then just the fuser needs replaced.
Call 1-800-835-6100. They can take care of what you need.

In most machines, you have to take the toner cartridge out and shake it to determine that. You will be able to feel movement of the toner, the more movement the less toner that is in it.

This is very simple to received, plug on the you telephone cable "Line port" and plug on the power cable, now your all in one printer is ready, open the all in printer menu and set you fax in auto answer mode, now call to your friends and tell you fax no. when your friends sending the fax you get the ring in you all in one printer Don't do anything automatic you fax is answer and you get the fax.

Printer error fuser temp
You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.
