plz check the status of the ink, if it is ok then your printer needs servicing

take it apart and see if you see anything broken if nothing take it into the store because it is more than likely a factory error

Click Here and follow the instructions to resolve this issue.

go to start and control panel, choose option for Printers and under that you will see the Printer listed. You just have to make a right click on the Printer and choose option "USE PRINTER ONLINE"

First try reinstalling drivers for your printer from original CD, if that doesn't help update your drivers from the Internet.

If none of it helps, try connecting your printer to another computer and see if it will behave the same. If it does, then printer is ready for retirement.

after installed some refill cartridge printer status show offline and just change other cartridge is ok

Could you please provide me the version of the opearating system you are using and also let me know the connectivity between the printer and the computer(USB/NETWORk(wired or wireless)) in oreder to provide you the exact solutiuon.

And also let me know if you get any error messages either on the printer or on the computer when you try to print or scan

Blinking lights on the printer normally indicate a hardware fault.
