My XM radio stopped working in my 2009 Silverado. It had been working fine until yesterday. Contacted XM several times today and had the signal resent 5 times and still nothing. Followed all of the refreshing instructions and all I get is channel 1 the preview channel and channel 247 the emergency/traffic channel. XM is telling me that everything is fine on their end and its a radio issue and I need to take it back to the dealership. Any ideas?
Having the same problem in my 2009 Malibu. Have received 8 refresh signals and talked to the XM Techs 4 times. Taking car to dealership on Monday. Highly frustrated.
I paded my bill to re open my xm account but I don't have any channels
I am having the same exact problem in my VW 2006 TDI Jetta. This appears to not be limited to GM cars. The radio had worked flawlessly for 5 years until March 20. Only channel 0,1, 247 work. Multiple refresh signal had been sent. Although, at one point XM tech support stated that 6 signal were in cue at had not been sent due to a computer issue on their side. Still no solution. I guess I will be canceling my subscription.

WOW. I'm having the exact proplem. There seems to be a systemic problem. I'm going to contact GM. I recommend the above doing the same. I knew there was a reason I typically pucahse European autos. American auto industry must get their "s*ht" together.
Wow same problem here....Was working in AM then nothing an hour later...refreshed signal 5 times over 3 days, I still get the promo station 1 and emergency (247) channel. Tech no help at all. I'm geting ready to get on the road and I'm very frustrated. I have my suspisions that there is more going on.
Same problem here....Was working in AM then nothing an hour later...XM was no help, refreshed signal 3 times, removed and re-applied radio ID to account...No I have to contact the dealer. Tjis is frustrating...
I'm having the same issue as tec_spec1 is reporting, same feed back from XM Support. i'm still looking for a solution, as well
My '12 Honda Accord has the same issue. The Sirius people told me I have to take it to the dealership, have power disconnected then reboot. Who knows.
Sometimes agents from XM saying that there is nothing wrong with them but the TRUTH is their system is having a lot of problem especially on the billing even if you have updated payments your subscription will be deactivated. That's why their company has the highest DSAT. anyway on your questions try visit this http://www.siriusxm.com/help.
