My appliances need codes

I have a G.E Universal Remote and need to program the codes to them,
my remote is a G.E RC24912-D.

(Samsung VCR,Model #VR8606)

(Samsung VCR/DVD combo,Model #DVD V4600C)

I do apoligize for the mutiple searches for these codes but i`m disabled for life and cant get around much,thats if you can help me out with these codes....................PLEASE!?
