replace your processor if not till.

Chassis intruded

Can you access the bios? You should disable Chassis intrusion, I don't really see anyone needing it if it's just a home pc.

Cmos settings error system hait,

You will need access to another computer and go to: http://www.asus.com/, choose you country, then "Download", the on the next page, "Download" again. Select you "Product, Series and Model". Motherboard, Socket 478, P4P800-SE click "Search". Then choose you operating system. You will get to the page where you can download the latest BIOS, and install program. Read how to upgrade your BIOS and follow the directions carefully.

I suggest you also change the CMOS battery before you upgrade to make sure a dead battery is not the cause for the CMOS corruption.

Computer kept on restarting

First off take out your pc ram, then listen for a alarm to beep continually. If it does not beep then either your mobo is not getting power or it overheats for some reason and the protection functionalities in the bios has been set to switch off or it is broken.

Basically strip down your pc to bare essentials to get it working. Only hook up one ide/sata drive your os drive, one cd/dvd rom, powersupply to mobo and cpu and ram offcoarse. Start from bottom and work your way up.
