The old projector TV's are using 3 lamps for Red Green Blue....in your case the Green lamp stopped working....either the Green lamp burned or the lamp board is defective.
This sounds like poor solder connections at the vertical IC. If this is corrected soon, there will be no other problems. If left as is, the IC will eventually fail. If you can solder, you can fix this yourself. Look for a small flat IC with about 11 pins attached to a heat sink. It will be marked LA7837 or something similar. If you post the model number, I can give you the exact part marking.
Probably a lose connection, Cold soldered, Power supply need to replace or check some parts are already defective like capacitor and resistors that change value or your horizontal out circuit have problem on the out stage like the transistor and capacitors or burned resistors. Send me picture then I'll instruct you where can you find them
That is a drawing number for the IC itself. I will need the model of the TV and the location number for that IC to be able to look up the Toshiba part number. The location number will be silk screened onto the pc board where it came from.
pls .check your tv power cabel pin and plugg bitwin sparked or luss canaction [pls unplugged cabel pin and see tv. power cabel pin on top side black spot.]
pls try power cabel properly canact if loose replace with new.
NOTE:most of tv poblum is making power cabel loose. so canacting tv power cabel or power bord check with electrician
Aside from the parts you mentioned check the vertical connection to the
yoke (usually yellow and green wires), it may have a cracked solder
joint or it could be burned. Also check the yoke for a broken vertical
winding.
If the line is yellow with no other colors you may also have a bad
color gun or drive transistor. If all color guns are working the line
should be white.
Sounds as though you have a filter capacitor bad in the power supply. I strongly suggest you have it checked and repaired soon, before it burns up a transistor or regulator. The cost may be a bit high now, but will escalate to possibly a complete power supply board. If you can repair your own set, check the main power supply filter capacitors. Good luck. I hope this has helped.

dont know about warranties but horizontal lines means your horizontal frequency which runs about everything has drifted off sync and if too high or low it will activate shut down circuits in high voltage and power suppy, even causing HOT transistor to short.
good luck and call a tech.
