Hi,

You need to let the phone dry out as much as possible before attempting to turn it on. Take out the battery and wipe up all moisture ASAP.

I have an enV 2, about 2-3 years old.I dropped my phone in the toilet, for 3 seconds, dried it with a towel, let it sit for 5 mins, put it in front of a fan for about 7 mins, and put it in rice for 30...

Yo! the drying system you used is not enough to dry it. you need to open it up to the best you can and dry under the sun for hours or under **** heat. that should do. thanks

I dropped my lg env touch from about 2 feet onto a linoleum floor. The phone isn't cracked, but it won't power on. I've tried removing/reinserting the battery. Any possible solutions besides a replacement...

it has an internal damage..you cant see it externally for the damage is located at the inside...for the fact that the model of your phone is LG enV Touch VX11000 Cell Phone ..you can bring that to the technician.

LC VX-11000 Dead Outer Touch Screen - Can it be Fixed?

Odds are it may have completely dried out, but left corrosion behind. Replacing the digitizer would not fix the problem, in my opinion. You can buy a used handset for less than $100 online.
The reason I say to replace it is because f you could find someone to replace the digitizer, which the part lists for about $20 online, then you $$ for labor, and it might not fix it, it would be cheaper in the long run to buy another handset.
Again, just my opinion.

I dropped my phone in the toilet and it turns on and the keyboard works.. but the screen won't show up! but when i touch the screen, it works because i can feel it vibrate

Remove that battery and use the hair dryer with out the heat to dry up the water traces inside. else it will short and burn something. Do it for atleast fifteen minutes. Then power on the phone.

My LG enV Touch Does'nt vibrate!

You don't have to have the spindle... just go to "touch settings" and turn the vibrate on. I had the same problem.

I dropped my LG enV into a puddle of water.

Sounds like you will need a new battery. My env2 would only work if plugged into the wall charger after I dropped it in the toilet. I got a new battery and it works fine now!

My LG Env stopped vibrating on inbound texts

Make sure you go in settings and somewhere either under Profiles or Settings you should be able to make it vibrate. Or if there is a volume rocker on the side of the phone(usually two buttons with arrows, one pointing up and one pointing down) just use those and set it to vibrate. Hope I Helped!
