I have three razors and all three do not receive video text anymore they appear to be stuck on the first screen. Either cartoon or video does not move I hear the music. My firends show me their original text and it is a full length short film, they send it to me, 1st frame only (a still picture) I send it back and they have a still frame video now. All of my friends are Alltel, too!

Check a cable connectors clean,restore a phone to factory settings.go to Menu/settings/initial setup/master reset/enter 6 zero ok. and then try to down load,should be ok.
when you send a text message out does it actually go out? or is there a beep or anything on your screen that says your request was denied? You may need to call Verizon to have them make sure this feature is enabled by them. They can also tell you the steps to take to adjust the settings so you can use this feature if that is the problem. I have heard of this before, and it was with a Razor, but im sure its fixable.
sir it is because of slow interrupts... when typing text messages fastly it will happen... so better take it to local service station.. they will fix it.. thank you sir.
yes, as a consumer, you really have the right to do so and this is the best thing to do. by the way, have you tried turning it on with your charger? anyway, you don't need to do that, you should return it.
