Sounds like theres a posibility that the voice mail crashed. Can you access your personal mailbox? Also there are lights on the front of the voice mail card are any of them lit? Lastly, Is the date and time on the system correct or is it back to Jan. 1?
I cannot access my personal mailbox. When any of us try to access our mailboxes we get a busy signal. If I try to transfer a call to someone's mailbox, the green light stays green and flashes as if on hold. It doesn't turn red showing that the mailbox has picked up the call.
I am able to transfer (transfer 18) a call to another extension, just not able to transfer (feature 14) into a voice mailbox.
The date and time are correct on the system.
Also, when people call in after hours, the phone doesn't pick up and play our day/night message.
The lights are green when a call comes in and turn red when I actually pick up the call or if I'm using a line.
I only have two intercom lights on the bottom of the phone card, above the feature and number buttons. They are unlit, until I pick up and dial intercom 777 to start the mailbox retrieval at which time they turn green. You can contact me at [email protected].
All 3 lights are green. One of the three lights is green and blinking. The blinking light says passcard partner mail vs 4 port w/ back-up restore.
What is station 10? I'm not finding a #s button. We do have 14 extentions. The serial number on the voice mail is 906P46162656.
Ext. 10 is the receptionist and we have 22 buttons on top. I also see on the top of the card
Partner -18D.
I followed your directions and we still have a busy signal when we try to access voicemail. Also, when we call afterhours the day/night answering doesn't pick up.
If we need a new voice mail card, where do we find one?

Also, the phone will not pick up an incoming call when we have the day/night message button on.
