Go to the website for the printer manufacturer. Look for software downloads and enter your printer model and Operating system. That will show you what is available for download, select the software you want to down load and it should start the process when you click the link.

James, to download the software click HERE On the page you will need to download and install the driver for your printer. Download the file to your computer, click on it and install it. Then reboot the computer and all will work fine.
