Your motherboard will only support a maximum of 1GB DRAM and only supports 168 pin, PC-100 or PC-133 SDRAM and VCM SDRAM at 3.3 volts. As long as your modules meet these requirements they should work. Specifically what size and specification modules are you inserting in your two memory sockets? Also when you power up with these modules installed you mentioned you hear beeping. These are *beep error codes*, if you tell us what combination of short and long beeps you hear that will probably help the diagnosis.
