Trying to connect a new phone and ck 3000 reponds "memory full"

I have a VW Golf and the hands free kit uses the steering wheel buttons only. Mute and answer only available. It is the Parrot v5.20c kit.

I assume "memory full" means 3 phones have already been paired with this system, how do I reset this or clear memory?

Normally you would hold down the red and green button, but you dont have this parrot button, try holding down any of the steering wheel buttons. If this dont work you may have to get the button plugged in too perform this, try contacting your installer.

    Using the connects2 interface you need to press (on the wheel) up,down, up, down, down, up, down, down, down, up, down, down, down, down, up, down, down, down, down, down.

    This should clear the memory if the installer used a Connects2 interface which is by far the most popular. Different interfaces work differently.

How does the mute function work on the Kenwood KDC-5043U. Where do I connect the brown mute wire? I have a Samsung Galaxy S5
If you were installing a separate hands-free phone kit along with the Kenwood head unit, you'd connect the Kenwood mute wire to the muting output on the hands-free kit. This allows the other device to mute the audio from your radio while you're using the phone. If you don't have a hands-free kit, you wouldn't connect the Kenwood's mute wire to anything at all.

My Parrot v5.25c tells me the memory is full when trying to connect to my Galaxy S3
Hey everyone,
I have had the same issue with my VW Polo Comfortline 2012, trying to connect the Parrot v5,25C to a iPhone 4S.
I turned the ignition on and my phone Bluetooth together. I then hit the volume(-) button first then the volume(+) on the steering wheel, this has to be done in sequence - then + about 5/6 times. The car kit then said phone memory being erased and BOOM ready to pair again :-)

Its all up and running now with the pass code 1234 entered on the phone for activation.

Where are the red and green buttons on a parrot mk6000 when it is built into the car? i can't pair my phone , parrot says memory full
If you have no red and green buttons, then turn your ignition to 0 so your parrot is visible to Bluetooth devices, but no lights on dash i.e. Not to positions 1, then slowly press + then - on the steering wheel vol controls make sure you press each one and hold for 1/2 a second repeat pressing + and - buttons 5 times, the parrot will the delete all phones and you are good to connect a new phone.

You just have to press three second the green and the red button at the same time.
Then you will have memory erasing in progress, please wait.

I had same problem too.
I have googled 3 days and found the solution from MULTICAN manual.
•Reset the hands-free kit:
Repeat the following sequence five times:
press the "Volume (-)" button and then the "Volume (+)".

And also F.Y.I.
•Enter the menu:
Press the following sequence twice: [SEEK up] button then the [SEEK down] button.
•Go forward through the menu: Press the "Volume (+)" button.
•Go backwards through the menu: Press the "Volume (-)" button.
•Select a menu option: Press the "Phone" button.
•Cancel a function: Long press of the "Phone" button.
