I am using Sharp AR-5316E copier While making copy the machine makes a sound which is not usual, i noticed that this sound comes when the machines colects paper or when it has finished copying the last page.

Yes, Toner waste sump over filled; 100%!!! To confirm it, remove Toner cart. & make copy; I found same problem in Toshiba eStudio161, which is Sharp AR163, 5015, 5020 & 5316(all are same)

Could be the toner...but it could also be the scanner unit returning home..when the rail gets dirty it will make that humming sound...clicking can be the spring inside the fuser.
You can disassemble the fuser but it can be kind of a bear to get back together if you have never done it before.
You can clean the scanner rail by removing the left cover with two screws on the glass top, and the large glass will come up. Wipe down the rail and put a very small amount of tri flow lubricant on a rag and wipe over the rail.
As for the driver, I would call the sharp phone number, it should be free.
You would know if the toner box is the problem if when you opened the front door there was a bunch of toner everywhere in there, if there isn't a pile of it then it isn't the box, it may be the scanner rail or another problem I mentioned, you will probably have to call a local technician.
We charge 120 an hour...so be prepared for that.
