If it is not booting at all then the disks will not be configured. Better boot the server using the HP utility CD and install the OS after creating the right array and partitions.

Anyone who has tried loading Windows Server 2008 on their Proliant ML350 G3 has found that HP does not offer the network driver for this system.
BUT, the Windows Server 2003 driver for the NC series Broadcom 1gb will work! Rather than choosing the 'install' option, choose to 'extract' it, then via the device manager, manually install the driver from that location.
Put RAM's in Identical form and check. clear NVRAM and Check. check the array controller update BIOS and Array controller firmware ( disconnect HDD's from the cage before updating the latest Firmware( download from hp.com/support and drivers )
