Have you tried pressing "Okay" then "Clear"? I know there is two lock features on it, and one is a double button lock. If that doesn't work there could be something wrong with the front keypad. Flip the phone open and see if it lets you unlock it that way.

The phone got wet when splashed by pool, now front buttons do not work except power/end button. inside works fine. is there a solution to this. and wont hold a charge long anymore. lg env2

Look, enV2s **** ****. almost everyone at my school thats had one, the front buttons quit working... even mine and i only dropped it once. its just a bad phone when it comes to front buttons.

the same thing happened to my env2.....and everyone else that i know who has the env2! i think it is just the phone....i eventually got tired of it and got a replacement

take this to the verizon repair store nearest you and explain your problem..when mine starting freezing up it was just a download of new software it needed because of a glitch when they first came out.

The "ok" button on the outside of my phone has stopped working. It never recognizes that I'm pushing it. I have to open my phone to do everything.

that env2 is junk. very very common problem with it. wife has env touch and loves it.

Front keys will not work on my lg env2

Mine does the samething. Call customer support and let them know your phone is not working and you need a replacement. Mine is getting replaced. Mine started as just the "ok" button now it's moved to the 4-5-6 row. very frustrating.

Software update on Env2

One of the biggest problems with this phone is the OK button not working, and the front keypad doing the same eventually. Everyone I know with this phone has the EXACT same problem.

Front keypad hasnt been working on ENv2

take to verizon to check it out....my keys stopped working (well, some of them) and they downloaded new software in 45 minutes and fixed it.....there was a glitch in the software when they originally came out with the phone and most times they can fix the problem

its just a bad phone. my send button is beginning to stop working and all my friends who have the phone are have that same problem. get a new phone is what i would suggest. maybe a different one not the enV2.

Screen light won't turn off The light on the screens (may be called backlight) won't turn off. I entered "display settings" and the "backlight" section, and set both to turn off after 7 seconds. The brightness of the light dims, but the light won't turn completely off and I believe this is going to have a negative affect on my battery.

when i make a call on my envy phone and i close the screen i cant hear the people on the other end of the line, but once i open the phone i can hear everything they are saying its just when i close the phone i cant hear them but they can hear me
