Danby refridgerator model #DBC514BLS accidentelly drilled into top exterior side of fridge .Does it have a preasurized air insulation pocket and can that be repaired?

Its probably the defrost tray. Most fridges / freezers allow the defrosted water to run into a pan at the back of the unit where it evaporates away. If there is too much water, the tray cant handle it and it overflows.

Purchased in 2010. Temperature doesn't fall below 55F. Fan works. Sounds like compressor is working. Haven't physically inspected compressor. Used to cool to 39F.

May be both. Is the evaporator blocked or have ice built up on it? If so there could be two reasons for that. Low on freon or not enough airflow inside the cabinet.

check your damper vent door located between the fridge and freezer and make sure its opening up to let cold air into the fridge,also check the evaporator fan motor and make sure its operating to blow the air around the inside of the unit

Propane refridgerator wont get cold

It most likely is air locked. Disconnect propane line and burb it ...tip it on its side for an hour and try connecting the gas line and start it up

Hi.........
Folow these steps. It's worth a try.
1.Pull the fridge out from the wall and unplug it.
2. Clean the dust and lint off the compresser and everything else.
3. Also clean under the fridge.
4. The frame around the freezer door should cool down.

If the cooling fan was stuck , that may also be a cause for your refrigerator wall becoming hot.Check that too.

Sandstrom ssc3st12 fridge freezer. It cools, then why does it heat up and doesn't cool again until turned off and on? Not displaying F for fault. Compressor feels hot, lines from it not hot. Fan working fine.
