Are you looking to switch out the motherboard or just the processor? If you find a compatible processor you could switch them out, finding a new motherboard would be much harder though.

Does it seem like it booted all the way except the screen is black? Do you hear fans running, the hard drive spinning?

What is a hard reset? Exactly what did you do?

just use a switch and config it

In your control panel you can select system properties and then device manager.
If the webcam had a yellow ! then you will need to install or update the drivers. Drivers can be found under the support section at the manufactures website.

(easy way to system properties is windows key + break key)

since we dont actually know where this problem comes from,
i advise u to format ur system and reinstall windows so d problem be solved.
or
try starting yr system in save mode by pressing f8 key during booting, and choosing the option save mode.
