A very competent person called Rylee Smith sent me the entire manual as an attachment, quick and easy to download. Do tell him I appreciated the work he put in. I accidentally "rejected" his solution, but didn't mean to. Am a "silver surfer" (aged 73) and had never sought internet technical advice before, so I owe him an apology Elisabeth Hayes
its becuase you dont have the required settings from your network providor to send MMS,
all you need to do is go onto there website i.e vodafone and search for the settings page then put your mobile number in the box and press send when you get the settings you save or install them, or if your not technically minded you can give a quick call to your network and they will send them in a text message for you.
