At the time only one speaker is working untill twisting the pin

This problem could be a faulty head phone socket in the MP3 player or the head phones itself.
Try a different head phone in your MP3 player and if the problem is still present then the head phone socket in the MP3 player is faulty or it may only need the socket re-soldering on the circuit board.

MY head phone jack on my mp3 player doesnt work but only when I move the jack around but only the left side. Any ideas?

This may seem like a silly question but, have you tried a different set of head phones? A lot of the time this is caused by normal wear and tear on the wires in the headphones. Its usually around the jack because this is where most of the stress is placed on the wires. We take for granted the fact that the cables bend so freely and forget that its still metal in there and all metal is susceptible to fatigue. You bend it enough times it breaks. Hopefully that helps.

Lock up

Sounds like the ground connection (-ve) to the earphone socket is broken.

When you plug in the earphones, they ground through the control section on the board. Poor sound is another sympton of this problem.

If you have any soldering experience, dismantle the player, and re-solder the 4 connections to the headphone socket.
