I fixed this going to the main folder of the game and in legends.exe (the client launcher) right click -> properties -> compatibility tab -> check the "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"

The GPS signal cannot pass through solid non-transparent objects. 1. From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Location.
4. Touch Use GPS satellites to select or clear the check box.

Being plug into a car charger (or wall charger) has little to do with not finding a GPS signal and this apply to your gps battery as long as you get power to your receiver.

It is not unusual for GPS to have problem finding suitable Satellites signals especially inside a building or areas where you do not have a clear view of the sky above you and the unit (e.g. High Rise buildings).

In order to speed up the location of satellites signals, you need to update your unit A-GPS Satellite locations database on a regular basis via 'Tom Tom Home' (which should be installed on your PC or Laptop). You can download the latest version of Tom Tom Home from the official site.

Without A-GPS and the unit not being in regular use, your unit may take a very long time to find suitable satellite signals. My own TomtOm One, without an up to date a-gps database has taken over 15 minutes to locate the required signals even in a relatively 'open' air location!

Initially a GPS may take 20-30 minutes to obtain satellite lock, try leaving the unit powered on in a window or something of the sort. If you are still unable to achieve a lock try giving the unit a firmware update using Garmins Webupdater Software. Have you moved the lever shown on page 12 or 13 in your manual? I looked at your manual at www.singerco.com and it showed a lever in the rear of your machine to move. If, you misplaced your manual, download one for free from the Singer site.

According to the user's manual on page 16, press Menu and open the Setup menu. Highlight Installation and press Enter. Open the Terrestrial menu and highlight Input Configuration. Select the ANT1 or ANT2 (whichever the antenna is connected to) and select input source Antenna [not cable]. Highlight Done and press enter. Now rescan your channels. If you still get nothing, try relocating your antenna to a better place. Digital TV is highly dependent on line of site signals. So if you are in a mountainous region or surrounded by a lot of high rise buildings, you may not receive a good enough signal to register channels on your TV.
