Samsung e370 I have the above phone (i live in the uk) and I recently purchased the usb lead adaptor so that I can transfer music from my pc to my phone and vice versa, however my pc will not pick up my phone when I plug it in to the usb port. I have tried asking various phone shops for advice to no avail. I understand however that I might need the usb driver programme for my phone but I have no idea where to get this so any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks Lisa x

all you need is your usb n put the settings to mass storage

To download images from your Samsung E370 to your PC you would need a Data Cable and Samsung PC Suite. Also, if you have a PC with Bluetooth capabilities, you can connect the E370 to the PC with Samsung PC Suite using Bluetooth. If your PC does not have Bluetooth, you can purchase a Bluetooth Dongle. Either the Data Cable or a Bluetooth Dongle can be purchased from any reputable phone store or eBay. Samsung PC Suite can be downloaded from the Samsung website.

You'll need a USB Type-B cord or a MS Duo Adaptor to transfer files between PC>>>PSP... PSP>>>PC!

Well for the PSP GOs, they have Bluetooth, so they can transfer & receive files from other devices with bluetooth, Eg Phones, PCs, PSP Gos... etc!

There should be a folder called MUSIC in the root of your MS, or/& in the PSP folder of your PSP, if not create one. Capital letters: MUSIC
Doesn't matter which MUSIC folder you put music in, root of MS..or..in the PSP folder.

If you're using USB cord, then connect it to your PC & your PSP. Then go to Settings > USB connection. Should automatically pop up, if not, find it in 'My Computer. ( I dunno what it's called on Macs). Simply drag & drop music into the MUSIC folder.
If you're using a MS Duo Adaptor, then insert your PSP's MS into the Adaptor, then insert the adaptor to your PC. Should automatically pop up, if not, read the above!

There're other ways... but lets not go to that atm.....

to use a usb cable to transfer data from pc to phone, you have to first instal a pc suite, its the software that comes with your phone on cd. its the one that helps the pc to comunicate to your phone via usb cable, and after instaling it, you can transfer music and other files to your phone

You have to install the Samsung PC Studio that you get with the mobile and then plug your USB lead in and then transfer your music from computer to phone :)

hi i am having the same problem it says i need soft ware i only brought bluetooth so i really dont no how to use it my advice is go to a phone shop

INSERT THE SOFTWARE DISK IN UR DVD ROME > INSERT CABLE IN USB > INSERT CABLE IN MOBILE > HIGLIGHT 3 OPTITONS > NO NOT THIS TIME > AUTOMETECILY SERCHE > FINISH. WHENEVER THE CABLE NOT WORKING THEN REPLASE THE CABLE.

what you should try doing is installing the samsung software on to your pc via the phone usb cable then transferring them to the new phone either by BT adapter or usb cable.
