My bunn coffee maker CWTF-15 21604-0001

It doesn't make coffee as strong as it used to. We thought that the brand of coffee was the issue but that is not the issue. We switched brands and that was not it. Have you heard of this issue before?

It sound like you are either missing the sprayhead or the temperature isn't hot enough. Check first to see if the sprayhead is there. It fits under the brew basket and looks like a little shower head - it's round and has usually five or six little holes in it. If it is missing your coffee will be weak due to the water not being spread across all of the grounds evenly.
The other thing to check is the temperature. Depending upon where you live the water should be between 185F - 200F. If the water is below that temperature the coffee may look like tea.

How much coffee do I use? I don't have a manual

The amount of powder required depends upon how strong or weak you like your coffee. I would suggest you start with around two thirds of a basket for a full brew and see how you find the flavour. Adjust the amount of powder used according to your taste. More powder = stronger coffee.
I can supply a manual if you need it but it doesnt specify an amount of powder to use.

I need to ship a 3 burner BUNN CWTF 15-3. How do I drain the water out?

You can take the lid off and unscrew the nut that holds the water tray. Then take a 3/8 hose to siphon the water out of the machine.

Which grommet, there are several on the bunn models, but the most commonly replaced one is the one for the P. stat. Remove the top panel there are 2 screws one in front and one in back, then lift the top 2 burners off machine that will give you access to the tank.

Bunn CWTF 15 Coffee Maker Overflowing drastically

Have you tried resetting the brew volume(make sure board is not set to lock).
The only other thing I can think of is replacing the timer board, because its not telling the solenoid to stop brewing.
