How do i put a password on my netgear n router ,when i put the i.p address in which is 192.168.1.1 it takes me to the bt voyager 200 page intstead of the netgear page which would allow me to the password in,is their any other easy way to do it,thanx

You will need to reset your router to default settings, To warn you this will make your router unsecure simply press and hold the reset button located on the back of your router for 15 seconds or until the router resets. when you try to log in to your router I assume it aske for a user name and password. If that is the case, then in the user block type in : admin
and for the password, type in : password

these are the default logins for most netgear routers, other brands have other defaults.

I had to use these myself, as I have a netgear router as well.
