The company that made the universal remote should have codes for your Emerson. I would contact them to get codes for that remote.
However, if you can't get that working you will find a remote that will run your Emerson on www.remotes.com. Emerson isn't making the original remote anymore, but they have a replacement for it that doesn't need any programming to run your Emerson.
