Please save your data and reload the firmware using nokia software updata.Ensure that you use Outlook to sync the contacts and not the backup from memory card.Whne we backup from memory card the corrupt files will get replaced

Im having the same problem!
i did find out though, how to play the songs on the music player.
Go to the "Documents" app and then pick "Memory Card" then chose whatever folder you saved the music files on, then click "Options" and the n click "Play".
there is a problem though, only one song will appear to be on the playlist, so u are going to have to go back into the folder and click on another file in order to ,listen to it.

this is probably because you are playing the tracks directly from your memory card. if you gon into applications then music player, and select your tunes this way it should automatically move onto the next one

They need to be in MP3 format to play.

Go to every folder in the my stuff and multimedia and see if you need to delete stuff to make more space...you may not have saved to the memory card but rather the internal memory. Worked for me.

ok, I have managed to use my sandisk 512mb card to put on music...even though I didnt know you had to format the disk in phone first (I dont recommend because all my music is individual clips and not in my music file), however once you see that the music is on the card via "my files" I went to the music player and hit options...then hit "add music from" then hit "memory card"...now you must put a check mark by all the music files you want to add to the music player (or choose "all" and hit ok) This will put your chosen songs off your card into the music player and you can see the song title at the top of your player screen and use the arrows to move through your songs/clips. Choose the song and hit play.

If your music files are in a folder you cannot add them to play list, but if you have all your songs singly you can add them to your playlist, I had the same problem tonight with this phone, we added them individually no problem, this has worked but is a lenthly prosses, so far so good, not had a play about with them other than this, still to get them back as an album not yet done, Jackie

sir u just have to enter track list the go to options > settings then u will get option of auto play or auto play generate u have to turn it on good luck !
