What intel dot station destop it work without cpu & what is it configuration

Who was say you that dot station has no cpu? DOT station has cpu in monitor.its works like normal cpu. its configuration is like below
HDD - 10gb
cdrom/wr - no
ram - 128 ddr1 ram
processor - intel centrino
