The feed gear does not pull the paper in. I think it may have been broken?

Cannot load new paper roll into the calculator so it catches

Replacing the paper roll involves feeding the evenly cut, uniform end of the roll through the fine slot located under the paper arm at the back of the calculator. (Even if the paper is only slightly wrinkled or cut unevenly, it will not feed through the teeth in the loading area.)
When getting ready to feed the paper into the calculator, envision your printout feeding out of the machine away from you and back toward the paper roll. Don't insert it upside down.
To get the paper feeding through once you have partially fed it into the teeth, gently tap the paper feed button. Once or twice should do it. (The button is located on the far top left of the control panel, indicated by an arrow jagged saw mark icon).
Then, slide the paper roll onto the feeder arm and you're in business.

Loading paper into a 1205-3 Victor calculator?

I just got the same calculator without a manual. Fold over one corner of the tape so it almost goes to the other edge of the paper, making a 45 degree angle. Insert the tip of the tape into the slot at the back of the calculator and push it ahead until the corner goes under the black plastic part. I had to push it ahead a little more until it was starting to come upward on the other side. Push the arrow button at the top left corner of the keypad to advance the tape.

Load paper into cannon p23-dh v

While looking at the front of the P23-DH V printing calculator. Fold down the paper holder and turn the calculator back around to face you. Then cut the paper on the roll straight across. Then feed the paper into the slot in the back of the calculator. Turn the calculator on to the print mode. Then hit the "feed" button. The paper will feed thru and you are ready to go.

Adding adding machine paper to the Ibico 1202

Assuming that you know where the paper gets feed in, I usually use this trick to start a new roll of paper.
First, tear off the end of the new roll so that there isn't any glue stuck on the paper.
Then, fold the tip of the paper like an arrow. > (Fold one side to the middle and the other side to the middle so both sides meet in the middle.
Then, place the paper into the slot where the paper feeds in..Look in the back of the printer for a thin slot. (Usually goes under the printer1.gif assembly) and then hit the PAPER FEED button at the same time. If the paper is in the correct slot, the paper should start feeding the paper all the way through.
Hope this helps.
Have a good day.

Tape wont register on this after we changed the tape

Make sure that it is installed properly ... going under not OVER. Does the paper feed when the paper feed key is depressed ??

1. Lift the paper holder up.
2. Fold the leading edge of the paper roll 3 to 5 cm. (Do not fold it slantwise.)
3. Insert the paper roll from the left side of the paper holder and make sure the paper
roll is set in the proper direction (with the paper feeding from the bottom).
4. Insert the leading edge of the paper into the opening directly behind the print
mechanism.
5. Press the paper feed key and feed the paper under the edge of the paper cutter.

Casio FR-2650A

the tape goes into a small slot on the backside of the machine, not in the clear plastic cover. Install the roll so the paper rolls off the bottom, not over the top. Folding the paper back about 2" does help you get it through.
