My phone is a new model and my screen has gone out 5 times and version hasn't dont anything about it all i do is pick it up and my screen is white and i just got it in June 2009....not even a year old and its my 6th phone. and when i get a new phone all my settings, ring tones, sounds, calender marks are gone!i can do anything but see the screen and what im doing. i dont want the phone to be replaced with the same model i want version to BUY my a brand new model. i cant do anything, text someone if im in trouble or call anyone because they ALWAYS ship me a new phone so for about 2 weeks i have no phone. my moms a teacher but i go to a different school then her and what happens if i need to get a hold of her but version is still sending me a new phone! what am i going to freekin do!!! all i want is a new model is that so much to ask?

it happened to me 2 mos ago and now its finally working with the latest OS. however if you didnt back up all info e.g. contacts, messages and likes will be gone.
1. download JLCommander and install it to your PC 2. download your phone OS version from your carriers website
you can download jl commander here and you can download the OS here just pick your carrier
click here
if you dont see your carrier just pick one as long as its multi language it doesnt make any diff.

your phones software is corrupted, visit nokia service center or the professional you have software to repair it.

Samsung i450 totally white screen

Hello Sir, A total white screen is seen usually when the phone's software is corrupted by infection ( Virus, etc ). Or the other reason may be that the phone's software version is outdated and needs to be updated. You have to update the software of the phone which will reset all the info of the phone. If you have the PC Suite, try to retrieve back all stored contacts and data and then update. If you are having difficulty in updating or confused, you can freely take it to a Samsung Service center. They will do it instantly.

My motorola rival phone is doing the same thing! White out!

my phone did the same thing. take it to the store where you got it and they will give you a new one. apparently its happened before with the motorola rivals, something comes loose inside the phone. when you bring it to the store they should give you a new phone for free. but im pretty pissed off, because when i got my new one they transfer only the contacts. im pretty mad that all my pictures, videos,and ring tones/sounds are gone just because of a problem motorola casued.. not me.

your phone lcd need to replacing.in some cases connectors have problem,it must test with a new lcd & then problem will solve.

Both Screens go White after i hit start

There is another solution for the guy that had 2 white screens before anything comes up. I have heard this many times. before turing on ur ds, hold A and B. Then turn the power on still holding A and B. Then right when you see the DS screen, hold start and select. So now holding A,B,Start,and Select, the white screens will come up. hold these buttons until the lincenced by nintendo comes up. That means it worked. Depending on how many codes you have, it will take up to 1-5 minutes of holding those buttons. If this doesnt work, dont blame me, I heard it from someone else. I tried it and it didnt work, but thats because there was something else wrong with my AR.

buy a new phone and try real hard nt to drop it the a920 tends to pack up when dropped as it happened to my last a920 and even telecom went to repair it but it was going to cost more than the price of a replacement a920
