Check a second source such as a dvd player or game system using different cables. If the same issue happens then the tv will need repair. However if the issue is not the same it is either cables or the original source.
No schematic, major short, usually the power supply or high voltage circuit, nothing you yourself can do. Pro repair about $450.00. If your in electronics replace the HV transistor first.. then?? Please rate
