This is probably a little late but I'm assuming you have an outside tank. When you had it refilled it may have stirred up the gunk in the bottom of the tank. You should check your filter at the tank if you have one. You should also check the strainer in the fuel sump in the heater that is located on the right side of the heater where the fuel reset is. You should shut the valve at the tank before you do this and be prepared to catch or soak up any kerosene that will come out. The strainer is located behind a small plate with 2 screws holding it on.

I can get the pilot light lit but will not stay on to light the burners

Try cleaning the thermocouple or replace it. The thermocouple senses heat from the pilot light and in turn brings up the gas to the main burners upon request from the thermostat.

Toyostove laser 73 displays ee 10. Toyo is brand new, no obstructions in flue, fuel tank is a good height, only pressed red button once for a second, blower fan works.

ONCCON,

EE10 is not good. This means you had a flame in the pot when there should not have been one. The red button is to be used very carefully. One time for one second. I think you have pushed the button too much and got a fair amount of fuel into the burner. Without pushing the red button try the stove again. If you burn out the fuel in the burner the stove will operate normally. If the code continues I would look at the hook up for the air and exhaust to be sure they are correct. If they are backward it can cause an EE10.

Keep us posted,

Tom

Low heat output. Older Laser 72. Does something

It's likely that the burner mat has came loose or it has a lot of carbon buildup in the burner. Look at the flame when the heater is on. It should be mostly blue with slight yellow tips. You might need to clean the fuel nozzle also. You can remove the fuel pipe where it connects to the burner and use a piece of wire or an allen wrench that will fit in the nozzle that goes into the burner to remove any carbon that may have built up. You can also clean the burner but don't destroy the mat in the bottom. You can find the owner's manual at toyostove.com and it will give you some more things to clean.

Does not extinguish

If your fuel was yellow it was #2 home heating oil. Toyotomi Laser heater run well on #1. Since yours in giving you a EE10 message you are going to have to open the burner and clean it, the blower and the heat exchanger. The air holes are blocked on the burner and it takes too long to burn the fuel up, EE10.
This is a dirty job but not that difficult. Try toyotomiusa.com/ and use their dealer locator. You should find a dealer in South Dakota that will be able to get you some gaskets you might need.

Good luck,

Laser 73, burner lites, then green yellow red lights all flash for about a minute then unit shuts down ee-2

I was told all lights flashing means the pot is flooded. Unplug your heater. Take take the cover off. Unscrew the igniter and pull it out. Roll up a piece of paper towel, put it in there and see if it absorbs any fuel.

You could also be in need of a cleaning. If your burner pot is full of carbon, a chain of it will attach itself to the flame sensor rod, thus putting out the fire. Also if your burner ring in the burner pot is too warped this will put the flame out.

Toyostove L-73

I have used #2 in the summer. I have been told the difference between 1 and 2 is 1 has an additive so it won't free. I would use oil meant to be used as heating oil because it should be lower in sulfer.
